Things schools actually ask us.

How long does onboarding take? +
Most schools are live within 7–14 days. We migrate your existing student data from Excel, UOLO, or any other ERP, set up your classes/sections and fee heads, and train your front office in a single 90-minute session. Your first fee receipt can go out on day 1.
Do you charge per student or per module? +
Neither nickel-and-dime'd. Pricing is a simple flat annual fee per school, determined by your student count bracket. Every module is included, plus 10,000 WhatsApp messages per year on the house. Schools that exceed the 10k quota can top up at Meta's published rates — we don't mark them up.
Where is our data hosted? +
Your school runs on its own WordPress install — either on Hostinger, your preferred Indian shared host, or a VPS. Data never leaves your tenant, never mingles with another school, and you can pull a full MySQL dump whenever you want. Self-hosted option also available.
Is it CBSE / State Board compliant? +
Yes. Marksheets, report cards, admit cards and the SR Register follow CBSE grading and format conventions. For state boards, the marksheet engine is configurable per subject, per exam and per weight. The Complaint Box is POCSO and POSH-Act compliant with committee workflows and annual audit.
What if we already have a fee software? +
We've migrated schools off UOLO, Campus365, Edunext and homegrown Excel sheets. Historical fee transactions, student rosters, and enrollment history all come across — including multi-year data for returning siblings. Your old receipts remain verifiable.
Do you offer a free trial? +
We offer a 30-minute live walkthrough with your staff on a real demo school that looks like yours. If you want to try it with 10–20 students before committing, we can run a paid pilot and credit it to your first year.
